- coronary heart disease risk [ Time Frame: at time of clinic attendence ]

Inclusion Criteria:
- Serologically proven HIV infection
- Attending general HIV outpatient clinic
Exclusion Criteria:
- Attending a specialist outpatient clinic which might lead to recruitment bias
