- Procedure: Colonoscopy
During the colonoscopy, we instill Acetylcystein and Doxycyline into the fistula.

Inclusion criteria:
- fistulizing CD
- CD < 6 months
- at least one insufficient fistula closure try
Exclusion criteria:
- CDAI > 200
- Abscesses
- CRP > 100
