Inclusion Criteria:
- HIV-positive individuals naive to HAART, with clinical indication to start therapy
Exclusion Criteria:
- Diabetes Mellitus
- Pregnancy
- Active opportunistic disease
- Any mental deficiency
- Use of lipid profile influencing drugs
- Use of illicit drugs
