Inclusion Criteria:
- disturbed conscious level
- Children's family signed consent of approval to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria:
- Children aged <2 months or >18 years.
- Coma of traumatic etiology.
- Coma as part of an anticipated terminal illness.
