Inclusion Criteria:
- age 19-40 years
- Muslim men
- fasted completely during Ramadan
- no known of any metabolic-related diseases.
Exclusion Criteria:
- any diseases
- intake of any medication and dietary supplement
- smoking
- alcohol drinking
