  3. proportion of patients receiving influenza vaccination [ Time Frame: nine working days ]

  • Cantonese speaking
  • Chinese

Exclusion Criteria:

  • cognitively impaired
  • unable to communicate effectively
  • having known contraindication of vaccination
  • institutionalized
