  • Clinical diagnosis of schizophrenia(DSM-IV)
  • total score of PANSS>64

Exclusion Criteria:

  • other psychiatric disease,
  • organic disease
  • neurological disease
  • unstable physiological status
  • age>65
  • pregnant
