Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) of Axitinib (AG-013736) in Combination With Cisplatin and Capecitabine [ Time Frame: Baseline up to Day 21 of Cycle 1 ] MTD = highest dose at which no more than 30 percent (%) of 12 participants experience DLT during Cycle 1.
