Secondary Outcome Measures:
  • hernia recurrence [ Time Frame: 6 months ]
  • postoperative seroma formation [ Time Frame: 6 months ]

  • open ventral or inguinal hernia repair

Exclusion Criteria:

  • laparoscopic hernia repair
  • non ventral or inguinal hernia repairs
