We measured the distances from cricoid cartilage to C6 or C7 transverse process in supine neutral and extended position of the neck.

- the distances from cricoid cartilage to C6, C7 transverse process in supine neutral and extended position of the neck [ Time Frame: up to 1 week ]The distances from cricoid cartilage to C6, C7 transverse process will be measured in supine neural position and extended position of the neck up to 1 week after agreement to enroll
- the sexual difference in the distances from cricoid cartilage to C6, C7 transverse process in supine neutral or extended position of the neck [ Time Frame: up to 1 week ]The sexual difference in the distances from cricoid cartilage to C6,C7 transverse process will be measured in supine neural position and extended position of the neck up to 1 week after agreement to enroll

Inclusion Criteria:
- adults above age of 20 reserved for musculoskeletal ultrasonography
Exclusion Criteria:
- past history of neck surgery
- the limitation of neck motion due to rheumatoid arthritis, et al.
- severe neck pain
- inability to communicate or read or write
