18 Years to 90 Years (Adult, Senior)

Accepts Healthy Volunteers:
20 patients admitted to hospital due to acute ischemic stroke and were delayed to receive thrombolytic therapy. Family or caregivers who had involved in the process of decision making were also invited to the interview.
patients with confirmed acute ischemic stroke by brain image and were able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese.
patients who had cerebral hemorrhage, aphasia, cognitive dysfunction or severe stroke with unstable vital sign.
