  • Regression of diabetic retinopathy
  • visual acuity

Secondary Outcome Measures:
  • neovascularization
  • fibrous proliferation
  • traction retinal detachment
  • vitreous hemorrhage
  • pan retinal photocoagulation

  • Cases of active progressive PDR with history of scatter laser photocoagulation
