Inclusion Criteria:
- greater than or equal to 18 years of age
- Hyperlipidemia
- Urinary protein
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous rosuvastatin treatment < 6 months prior to Visit 1
- Statin intolerance
- Severe hypertension
- Diabetes
