Ages Eligible for Study:	18 Years and older

Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

Clinical diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia
Drug naive or statin treated but inadequately controlled patients against NCEP ATP III guideline goal

Exclusion Criteria:

Hypersensitivity to HMG-CoA inhibitor or Ezetimibe
