  Purpose

the purpose of this study is to compare the oesophageal depression induiced by bilateral phrenic nerve stimulation during swallowing in patients with neurological laryngeal aspiration

Inclusion Criteria:

stroke with aspiration

Exclusion Criteria:

obstructive rhinitis bronchial obstruction pace maker phrenic nerve paralysis
