Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age 18-35
  • Participates in regular exercise
  • Able to tolerate exercise in the heat

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Abnormal hemoglobin
  • Any exercise limitations
  • Pregnancy
  • Cardiovascular or orthopedic disease/conditions
