Patients in primary care on the Fyn island, Denmark

Criteria

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 40 years old or more,
  • diagnosis of COPD in primary care

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Major psychiatric illness,
  • inability to visit primary care doctor,
  • inability to understand danish language,
